According to the survey we conducted among Work Comp referral sources, almost 80% of them prefer to schedule Work Comp referrals online. That’s why we added a feature “Contact the Doctor now” on the doctor’s listing. It allows the patients and referral sources to contact the practice directly, sending a simple online referral form.
As opposed to the Basic listing, Plus and Premium listings have an unlimited number of online referral forms. On average, the Plus listings receive up to 5, and Premium listings 10+ online referrals per month.
