Ashley Bowles, DPM featured

Dr. Bowles was born and raised in Orlando and earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of Florida, majoring in Nutritional Sciences and earning a minor in Business Administration. For 15 years, throughout her childhood and into college, Dr. Bowles danced at a competitive level and it was this highly demanding activity that sparked her interest in foot and ankle medicine. Dr. Bowles is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Board Certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot Surgery, as well as Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. Her profession is enhanced by her contribution in conducting scientific literature peer reviews for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and she serves as a consultant providing examination question material for the American Podiatric Medical Licensing Examination.
