In some cases, the mistakes are small and easily fixable, and other times the mistakes are serious and can lead to discipline, including losing the right to practice law. Join William McCaffery, J.D., Partner of L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P.located in New York and Erin McCartney, J.D. Risk Management Lead at Attorney Protective, as they discuss common ethics violations that can lead to disciplinary complaints. This course will focus on ethical traps, and provide best practice tips on how to avoid a disciplinary action. The webinar will also include a review of applicable ethics rules and discuss what actions to consider should a disciplinary matter arise.

Foot/Ankle Injuries including Plantar fascitis

Healthy feet are vital for mobility. The average person walks more than 1,000 miles per year, so when a foot or ankle injury occurs in the workplace, it can significantly affect the employee’s ability to function. In this session, the presenter will discuss typical causes and treatment of foot and ankle workplace injuries, including plantar fasciitis. Attendees will also learn how to identify conservative and surgical management of these conditions.
